Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2025 Results

Fourth quarter summary : GAAP revenue increased 9.9% and GAAP operating income increased 23.9% for the fiscal three months ended June 30, 2025, compared to the prior fiscal year quarter. Non-GAAP adjusted revenue increased 7.5% and non-GAAP adjusted operating income increased 14.8% for the fiscal three months ended June 30, 2025, compared to the prior fiscal year quarter.1 GAAP EPS was $1.75 per diluted share for the fiscal three months ended June 30, 2025, compared to $1.38 per diluted share in the prior fiscal year quarter.
