Simon Property Group: Elevating My Sell Call Into A More Balanced Re-Evaluation (Rating Upgrade)

My rating framework has evolved, focusing less on binary calls and more on a layered analysis that also considers non-fundamental factors, such as investor psychology and individual circumstances. Looking back, some of my earlier commentary may have leaned too far on the cautious side, and this re-evaluation adds needed balance.
