Verizon CEO: Government efficiency efforts have hit out public sector customers

Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg on Monday said government efficiency initiatives led to an "outpour" of public sector customers for Verizon in its first and second quarters, but that the losses are expected to abate in the second half of the year.
